Shipping and Exchange In 7 Days Policy

Welcome to Tutu & Timla. We aim to ensure that you love every purchase you make. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day exchange and shipping policy under the following terms:


1. Eligibility for Exchange & Shipping

  • Items must be exchange within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
  • The product should not be damaged or altered

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount
  • Innerwear / personal care products (if applicable)
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective products
  • You can request exchange for the same product or another product of equal value
  • If the replacement product costs more, the difference must be paid
  • If it costs less, the remaining amount will be issued as store credit

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange are accepted only in case of:
    • Damaged product
    • Incorrect item delivered

5. Exchange Process

To initiate a exchange:

  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for exchange
    • Images (if product is damaged/incorrect)
  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours
  4. Once approved, ship the product to the provided address

6. Shipping Charges

  • Reverse shipping charges may be:
    • Free (for damaged/incorrect products), or
    • Paid by customer (for size exchange or other reasons)

7. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject exchange that do not meet the above conditions
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Slight color variations due to screen settings are not considered defects
